Abstracts Guidelines
Posters & Short Talks
To be considered, abstracts must be submitted through the online participant portal (not only saved as draft - see Abstract Guidelines below) before the deadline of February 1st.
All applicants are invited to share their scientific results at the event and all abstracts, whether they are selected or not for an oral presentation, will be on display as Posters during the entire course to facilitate discussions.
📌 Posters will be displayed on gridboards located in rooms Miro, Kandinsky and Monet at the venue, and should not exceed 100 cm (width) × 120 cm (length). If conditions permit, the Poster sessions in the evening may be held outdoors. All participants are required to attend every Poster session, irrespective of whether they are presenting.
If you would like your abstract to also be considered for a short talk, please answer 'Yes' to the question about oral presentation in your Online Participant Portal.
🎤 Oral presentations based on submitted abstracts will be selected by the Scientific Advisory Board for Elevator Pitchs or Workshop Talks delivered in the afternoon during the dedicated sessions.
Please note that selection for oral presentation does not exempt you from presenting the associated poster in the dedicated session.
